About this course
20 hour training programme to become an intuitive, confident and capable meditation facilitator.
This course uses a variety of teaching methods including online recorded videos to watch in your own time, live gatherings and the option of additional one-to-one support.
7 hours of recorded videos to watch/listen to in your own time throughout October
8 hours live training sessions delivered online and in person in Cornwall
5 hours of facilitation practice
You will receive a certificate upon passing the course

Entry & course requirements
You are required to have a personal meditation practice of some kind
You will be asked to submit an informal application letter
To pass the course, you must attend all live sessions offered, complete the required hours of facilitation practice, and write a short blog on a selection of titles provided by the deadline date set

14 September – Course enrolment and online opening circle
Video learning and reading list (including podcasts and other media) available and to be completed in your own time
Saturday 4th October 10-4 – Live training day in Cornwall
5 hours of facilitation practice to be completed during October
1 November online closing circle
