One-to-One Meditation, Coaching and Mentoring
One to One support offers you a held space to receive whatever you need on a personalised basis, right now. Perhaps it’s present support and care, perhaps it’s being held to account or perhaps it’s having someone listen, point out the blind spots and explore ways and tools to help you help yourself.
How does it work?
Sessions will take place via Zoom.
Sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour. It will start with a brief chat to begin with to find out how you’re doing and your needs and intention for the session – whether it is meditation support, coaching or mentoring.
Who is it for?
Absolutely anyone and everyone who is just looking for some care or support right now – anyone looking for someone to hold space for them in any way they need.
How much does it cost?
Sessions cost £45 (plus a small booking fee) or you can book a block of 3 for £130 (plus a small booking fee). Take your sessions whenever you need to – no pressure, no time limit, just when is most beneficial for you.
How do I book a session?
Purchase your session type via the links below and email me to arrange a time. Remember to email me separately, once you’ve booked on, noting your preferred time and date for your session.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Of course! But I do find that meditation is best when you arrive at it yourself – you can lead a horse to water and all that. So if the person has specifically asked for support, then it would be a wonderful gift. If not perhaps book a session yourself for now and talk to them about your experience.
