This wellbeing retreat is about simply stepping in to pause and reconnect, to drop from your head to your heart to reconnect. As the season moves into fall – a time for rest, letting go and planting seeds ready to sprout in spring, this retreat will leave you feeling calm, centred and connected.

With themed morning and evening meditations suitable for everyone and anyone, Yin/Yang Yoga practice, a silent mindful walk, a Journaling workshop and a health and wellbeing talk by a local expert. You’ll have the option of adding deeply nourishing massage, reflexology, reiki or other holistic therapy treatment to add to your experience.

You’ll love this retreat ifYou need a weekend away just for your self to recharge, reenergise  – You are new to meditation or would like to deepen your practice – You need some space to just ‘be’ and uncover simple tools to help you stay connected in daily life

The nearest train station is Liskeard where you will need to catch a taxi (I can help you book this) or it is easily located just off the A30 if you are arriving by car.
