2024 Retreat Hiatus<\/h5>\n

After 7 glorious years of running retreats, they are going on a hiatus throughout 2024. I am sure they will be back – but how\/what\/where\/when is still undecided. It’s time for me to take some time out to practice what I preach. I will miss them enormously this year, there’s no doubt about it. I will especially miss working alongside the incredible retreat team, being in the beautiful spaces we have the pleasure of retreating in, and sharing time and space with the kindred spirits who join each retreat.<\/p>\n

For now, you might like to join one of the seasonal circles online<\/a>, listen to an Insight Timer meditation<\/a> or receive one-to-one support<\/a>. When it’s time for retreats to return, it will be shared on Instagram <\/a>and facebook<\/a>. So eyes pealed later on this year!<\/p>\n

ON HOLD: Seasonal Wellbeing Retreats in Cornwall<\/h5>\n

Our retreats offer a held, warm, welcoming space for you to reconnect. We don’t teach you anything, per se, instead you’re given permission to slow down, receive and be throughly looked after. We will explore wellness tools and mindful perspectives to help you reconnect to the present moment, to the natural world and to yourself.<\/p>\n

Private Retreats<\/h5>\n

If you can’t find a date that works for you, or you have a group of friends who would like to join you on a retreat, I also offer ‘private retreats’ where the date, location and activities are organised bespoke to you. Perviously this has included a 21st birthday party for 12 people, a 2 night weekend retreat for a 50th birthday for 9 people, a regular gathering of 8 friends for a 2 night stay – amongst many other occasions.<\/p>\n
