You will be nourished and cared for inside and out with plentiful, scrumptious food, morning and evening guided meditation and intention setting workshops, Yin/Yang yoga, sound bath, gather round the fire pit and enjoy a New Year cold water dip in the ocean! You will leave this retreat fully topped up, with a clear vision for the year ahead.

Retreat Location
These retreats take place at the enchanting Botelet Cornwall, found in a secluded, rural location a ten-minute drive from both Liskeard and Lostwithiel train stations, or easily accessed from the A38 and A30. We use two stunning, authentic cottages as accommodation, while meditations and classes take place in a rustic, utterly charming barn, lovingly nicknamed ‘The Pig House’. Our sea dip occurs at the local beach, a ten to fifteen-minute drive away called Talland Bay. Use postcode PL14 4RD to plan your route to the venue.
